How to cook

Cooking Instructions

Our Sweet Chilli Breaded Fish Fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Oven cook From Frozen

220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 21 mins

Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 21 minutes

Air Fry From Frozen

All cooking appliances vary, therefore please refer to your manufacturer's guidelines. Ensure food is piping hot and do not re-heat once cooled.
