How to cook
Oven cook From Ambient
Oven bake 60-90 minutes: Wash and prick potatoes with a fork. Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 60-90 minutes or until soft. For fan assisted ovens or combination ovens, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Microwave From Ambient
Microwave 9 minutes (900W): Wash the potatoes and prick with a fork. Cook on full power and leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Cooking time will vary according to oven power. We recommend 900W - 9 mins; 800W - 10 mins; 700W - 11 mins. For crispy skin, put into a hot oven for 15 mins after microwaving.
