How to cook
Boil From Ambient
Wash potatoes and place in a saucepan of water, adding salt to taste if required. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly and serve.

Wash potatoes and place in a microwaveable dish with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Cover and microwave on full power, cooking time will vary according to oven power. We recommend 900W - 8 mins, 800W - 9 mins, 700W - 10 mins. Drain and leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
Shallow Fry From Ambient
Sauté Follow boiling instructions and allow potatoes to cool slightly. Cut into equally sized slices and fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes turning frequently until golden brown.
