How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Remove from all packaging, place on a plate with glaze sachet, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 200°C
Cook Time
- 20 min.
Gas 6
Place on a baking tray in a single layer near top of the oven for 15 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Drizzle glaze over the wings and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Oven Frozen
Fan 200°C
Cook Time
- 30 min.
Gas 6

Place on a baking tray in a single layer near top of the oven for 25 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Drizzle glaze over the wings and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
