How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 8 hr.


Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Pan Fry Defrost

Cook Time

9 min. - 11 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Fry over a low to medium heat for 9-11 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

16 min. - 18 min.


Gas 6

Cook Time

18 min. - 20 min.


Pre-heat oven Fan 180°c/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for fan 16-18 minutes/gas 18-20 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Pan Fry Frozen

Cook Time

12 min. - 14 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove from packaging.

Fry over a low to medium heat for 12-14 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

22 min. - 24 min.


Gas 6

Cook Time

24 min. - 26 min.


Pre-heat oven Fan 180°c/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for fan 22-24 minutes/gas 24-26 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Grill Frozen

Cook Time

20 min. - 22 min.


Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 20-22 minutes.

Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Air Fry Frozen

1400W 4Ltr - 150°C

Cook Time

- 16 min.


Based on half a pack.

Set temperature to 150°C.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 16 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.
