How to cook
Microwave Frozen

Break tab, remove lid and place loosely back on top.
Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove lid, stir thoroughly, loosely replace lid and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
Defrost
Defrost this product in the fridge for 24 hours.
To cook, reduce the cooking time by 1 minute on steps 2 and 3.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Microwave From Frozen
The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not refreeze.
Cat E 800W for 7 minutes
