How to cook

Shallow Fry From Frozen

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove from packaging. Fry over a medium heat for 14-18 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.

Do not refreeze after defrosting. Remove from packaging before preparation.

Oven cook From Frozen

Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 6. Remove from all packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16-20 minutes.
