How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry & Oven Defrost
Cook Time
- 27 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Remove sauce sachet and place to one side.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat.
Pan fry mini fillets 2 minutes on each side.
Add vegetables to the pan, cook off the juices mixing frequently.
Add back to the tray and place on the baking tray near the middle of the oven.
15 minutes into cooking time, pour over the contents of the sauce sachet and gently mix, return to the oven for further 5 minutes.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 40 min.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
20 minutes into cooking time, carefully separate, turn and replace mini fillets from the centre of the tray with those at the edge, return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Drain any juices, pour contents of sauce sachet and gently mix, return to the oven for further 5 minutes.
