How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Remove from all packaging, place in a bowl, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
4 min. - 5 min.
Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan.
Fry over a medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Shake pan occasionally, ensure prawns are turned.
Reduce heat if necessary.
