How to cook
BBQ Defrost
Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and piping hot.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 8 hr.
Remove required amount from all packaging, place in a bowl, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours.
Drain and pat dry before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
3 min. - 4 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Fry over a medium to high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
20 min. - 22 min.
Gas 6
Remove required amount from packaging.
Wrap loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-22 minutes.
Drain excess liquid before serving.
