How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 200°C
Cook Time
40 min. - 45 min.
Gas 7
Whole Duck Only
Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
Remove from all packaging.
Remove sauce sachet and pancakes and place to one side.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 40-45 minutes.
15 minutes into cooking time, turn, return to oven for 15 minutes.
Separate duck halves and place on to the baking tray with the skin facing up.
Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Air Fry Frozen
1400W 4Ltr
Cook Time
- 35 min.
Whole Duck Only
Based on a whole bag
Set temperature to 180°C.
Remove from all packaging.
Remove sauce sachet and pancakes and place to one side.
Place duck into air fryer basket.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Separate the two duck pieces.
Place the duck halves into the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Microwave Frozen

Pancakes only
Pierce bag several times.
Place the pancake bag onto a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 1 minute.
Repeat for the second bag of pancakes.
TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!

in hot water

Sauce only
5 minutes before the end, place sauce sachet into a bowl of hot water to warm/defrost.
