How to cook
Microwave Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice section.
Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 45 min.
Gas 5
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 5.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
35 minutes into cooking time, add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice section.
Stir, return to oven for a further 10 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
