Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
Fan 25 minutes/Gas 30 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid, return to oven for Fan 20 minutes/Gas 25 minutes.
