Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened store in the fridge between 0°C and 5°C and use within 1 day and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase before the date mark shown. Best within 3 months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
