How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 24 hr.


Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Drain before cooking.

Once defrosted, use immediately.

Oven Defrost

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 55 min.


Gas 6

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Cover loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

40 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, drain, cover with glaze, return to oven for a further 15 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutesbefore carving.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 1 hr. 30 min.


Gas 6

Set temperature to 160°C.

Remove from all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Place into air fryer basket.

Cook for 55 minutes.

Stand for 10 minutes.

Microwave Frozen

Carefully cut the corner of the sauce sachet and stand in a jug, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, pour over joint before carving.
