How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator

Remove required amount from all packaging, place in a bowl, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use on day of defrost.
Poach Defrost
Cook Time
- 2 min.
Bring 500ml of water or milk to boil in a large saucepan.
Add ?sh to the pan, stir, reduce heat to simmer, cook for 2 minutes.
Drain and continue with chosen recipe.
