How to cook

1 Pouch: Remove all packaging.
Empty contents of 1 pouch into a saucepan and cover with a lid.
Place on to the hob and cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with crusty bread.
DISCARD ANY MUSSELS THAT DO NOT OPEN ON COOKING!

2 Pouches: Remove all packaging.
Empty contents of 2 pouches into a saucepan and cover with a lid.
Place on to the hob and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 Boil in the bag pouch: Remove pouch from outer packaging.
Bring a pan of water to the boil, place the unopened pouch into the water and cover with a lid.
Bring back to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, carefully remove the pouch, cut open and pour contents into a serving bowl.
