How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 20 min.
Gas 6
Cook Time
- 22 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for Fan 20 minutes/Gas 22 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
CAUTION FILLING MAY BE HOT!
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
- 8 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok.
Fry over a low to medium heat for 8 minutes.
Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
