Remove from outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.

Place on a microwaveable dish.

Heat for 4 minutes, carefully shake pouch, heat for a further 4 minutes.

Shake the pouch gently.

Stand for 1 minute, shake pouch gently before serving.

- 30 min.


Based on 1 or 2 shanks

Place unopened pouch(es) into a large pan of boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes (Do not let the pan boil dry).

Shake the pouch gently before opening.
