Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for Fan 34 minutes/Gas 40 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Defrost
in a refrigerator

Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
