Cooking Instructions General

Microwave From Frozen

Pierce the film lid and place on a microwavable plate. Microwave on full power for: 700W 10 mins, 800W 8 mins, 900W 8 mins Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Remove film & serve.

Oven cook From Frozen

220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 35-40 mins Pre-heat the oven. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray at the top of the pre-heated oven. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
