How to cook
Oven Frozen

Cook Time

Pre-heat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove sleeve and film from foil tray.
Cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 30 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 30 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Air Fry Frozen

- 1 hr. 25 min.
Pre-heat air fryer to 150°C for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Remove from all packaging.
Place into air fryer basket.
Cook for 1 hour 25 minutes.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
