How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 24 hr.


Remove from the freezer and place in fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, use immediately.

Oven Defrost

200°C / Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 1 hr. 45 min.


Gas 6

Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet from the foil tray.

Place sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water.

Cover gammon loosely with foil.

Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven.

Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes then remove the foil covering, drain any excess liquid and evenly cover the gammon joint with the honey glaze.

Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.

Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving.

Oven Frozen

200°C / Fan 180°C

- 2 hr.


Gas 6

Air Fry Frozen

Cook Time

1 hr. 20 min. - 1 hr. 25 min.


Preheat air fryer to 150°C for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Remove all packaging.

Place sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water.

Place gammon in air fryer basket and place in air fryer.

Cook for 1 hour 10 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes.

Pour the glaze over the gammon and return to the air fryer for a further 10 minutes.

Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving.
