How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with film.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 18-24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.

Remove required amount from packaging.
Wrap loosely in foil to form a parcel.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
800W/ Cat E. Cook time: 5 min. - 8 min. Based on 1 fillet. Remove from all packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Stand for 1 minute.

Cook time: 10 min. - 15 min. Remove all packaging before cooking. Add water or milk to a pan and bring it to the boil (ensuring there is enough water or milk to cover all the fillets). Place fillets into the pan and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes. (Do not boil the fish or let the pan boil dry).
